I had such a good week this past week that I decided to replicate it as much as possible. One of my favorite things about the past week was my delicious breakfast. I found a better crust and replaced it in the recipe to change and improve the nutritional components. By substituting the Gillian gluten free crust, I saved in the calorie and fat department, which I was looking to do. My carbs are increased, but I have pretty much eliminated carbs from my diet during all other meals.
