Busy Busy

I have been super busy this week. Sorry for the absence in posts. Here is all that has been going on in my head.

Today: Physiq Fashion Show
I am experiencing my first runway experience at the Physiq fashion show. I am modeling fitness clothes and the show benefits the Susan G. Komen foundation. I have been super nervous all week about this.

I am honored for the opportunity and hope that I present a good show for the line I am wearing. I am also excited that fitness celebrities Alicia Marie, Monica Bryant AND Adelea Garica will be there.
I'll have pictures to post I assure you.

Ronnie Coleman Classic
I am 2 weeks out from my next show, the Ronnie Coleman in Mesquite Texas. It is a national qualifier so I will getting myself reved up to be living in the gym and full on contast dieting the next 2 weeks

Open casting call for fitness Models
The following week after the Ronnie I am entering my first casting call for a fitness modeling agency. I decided since it was between my next two shows, why not? So yes, I will be contest eating for nearly a solid month straight!

I have been busy and picking up more clients in my second job with RevEx. We had a photo shoot the other day during our workout to hopefully get some pics for our new facility, which is also huge!

I am officially regsitered for the Texas Shredder - April 14th.

I bought my airline tickets to fly to Daytona April 19th for my introduction to Team Bombshell and start my training with them.

I get to spend the weekend on the beach working out with a bunch of aspiring and current fitness models. I am so excited about everything I will learn!! I CANT WAIT!!

I stumbeled upon a great recipe from foodie fiasco.com. I made this recipe and tweaked it a little and came up with some yummy protein low carb donuts.

Recipe

Ingredients
2 egg whites or 1/3 cup liquid whites, or 1 tablespoon of egg replacer mixed with 4 tablespoons of water, for a vegan version
2 tablespoon coconut flour (I used atkins bakery flour instead)
1/4 cup of pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa or carob powder
sweetener, to taste (I used 1 packet of stevia)
splash of almond milk for thinner consistency
Directions
Fire up your donut maker, or preheat your oven to 350F.

I filled them in my mini donout pan and it made 9 donuts. I melted 1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter for the icing.
