I am a little more than 1 week from the Ronnie and I am feeling great this morning. Spent 80 min doing cardio this morning and didn't even notice it. I did 20 min high incline, 20 min sprint intervals, 20 min elliptical and 20 min rowing. Changing machines kept it interesting and varied the muscle groups targeted. I feel so great!
My body is finally starting to visually demonstrate all the hard work I have been slaving into it. Feeling nice and lean/tight/strong this morning.

My husband and I are booking a trip to Rio this week. Pretty excited!

I have 250 calories left to burn today and I am going to try this circuit tonight. I have been incorporating more jumping rope in my circuits and it is a real heart rate elevator. I can get a major burn. I'll let you know how it goes.

My theme/motto this week. If it is not respectful to my body, it does not enter it. Learning to truly treat food as a supplement to my workouts as opposed to something to eat just for the pleasure of it.

How PRECIOUS is this! I want a suit and a hat like this for our Rio trip to Brazil.
