The weather is changing around these parts. The nights are cooler and I am digging into the back of my closet to pull out the jackets. I absolutely love this time of year. In honor of the weather changing, I wanted to make
something that felt warm and seasonal.
Pumpkin Pie Oats
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop Cinnamon Graham Cracker Whey (ON Gold Standard Whey)
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin
Dash (or two) of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup Crushed Pecans
Cal. Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sugar
