Planning 101

I had my official consultation appointment today and got myself all signed up and ready to begin the program. I am still just as excited due to the fact I know I am not alone in all of this. Nicole came over and went over every aspect and I was just confirmed all over again that this will work. It will work because I am not alone in this. This isn't your typical program that gives so a book and then says "now do it." This is a program where I log every thing I put in my mouth and a nutritionist team has access to it 24/7. This is a program where you meet with a trainer multiple times a week and have a specific fitness plan of attack every day. This is a program that a panel of experts look at your body weekly and adjust your food intake and fitness plans based on how you are responding to the current plan. All that to say, I am not alone.
So my measurements are all taken and my before pictures. I will post them once they are uploaded to the server. I am getting ready to meal prep all my meals for tomorrow. But, even though I want to do this I needed one last meal. Now, I know the REAL person would have stopped eating crap 2 days ago but I am real in a different sense. I barley even know Mariah, but I can hear her saying "Your already 3 days behind! What are you doing?" I am real in the sense that I want to do this 100% so I needed Tex Mex one last time before the 12 weeks begin. Now after filling my belly with all things delicious Tex Mex, I can get ready for my early 5:30am workout.
