I had such a fantastic day today that I wish I could repeat it all over again tomorrow.
I cut my calorie intake to 1000/day due to the anticipated Christmas weekend ahead and worked out enough to burn 975 calories.
All in all, I feel pretty proud of myself and hope to do my best to replicate it tomorrow.
What I ate today
Meal One: 6 egg whites, low carb tortilla, red potato, salsa
Meal Two: greek yogurt and mixed berries with sprinkle of ground flaxseed
Meal Three: Think thin bar and mixed green salad with fat free feta
Meal Four: Baked chicken stuffed with sauted spinach and garlic and 1 tbsp of PB2
Meal Five: Mean Green Veggie dish and 1 tbsp of PB2
