Freaking Out - day one of many

I'll be honest with you. I am starting to loose it. My nerves are on edge. I could barely sleep last night thinking about the competition. I covered my home with pictures of bikini models to keep me inspired and motivated. Our house resembles a 16 year old boys room.
I came home from work and felt like my stomach was doing flip flops as I researched more information about what to expect during the competition. I decided to make a protein shake and have some peppermint tea to calm my nerves before I head to my second workout for the day. I am so grateful to have the day off work tomorrow to refocus my self. I plan on getting an awesome workout tonight and then spending some much needed time hanging out with my husband this evening. Seeing as I do not have a early 0400 wake up call, I will not fret about making my bedtime, but relax with him this evening.
I am trying to tie up some loose ends of show prep.

Hair - Need to do a trial run this weekend since I will be doing it myself. Going to invest in some good quality hairspray. I am getting it colored the Thursday before the show so it will be fresh. It will probably  end up looking similar to Ali Rosen's hair.

Makeup - I made an appointment with a fellow RevEx team member who works at MAC on Sunday to do a trial run on my stage makeup. I will have to do this myself as well so I need some much needed advice .

Suit - I ordered shaper pads for my suit. Seeing as my previously endowed chest has become minimal with all this body fat decreasing, I needed some extra help for the girls. We'll see how they work out.
I also have a back up of bikini glue for day of (just in case) to keep my suit in place...yes this exist!

Shoes - They actually fit great! Just need to keep practicing in them and getting comfortable walking, I mean strutting, in them.

Nails - Still unsure of what to do about my hands. I was trying to grow them out to avoid acrylics, but in my nervous rant today, I picked them all off.

Teeth Whitener - Planning on starting this kit this weekend.

And of course there is the DIET and EXERCISE part that must continue. Ugh, I could really use a donut or a cupcake. Hell, I could use both. :) But, this means so much more to me then those delicious delectables. I will enjoy them soon enough.

Train hard! Make it worth it.
Be Better!
