These EAS Advantedge protein shakes on the go are carb control and delicious! Each one ranges between 100-110 calories with 17g of protein and only 0g sugar and only 3g carbs. I turn to these on busy surgery days when it is difficult to fit in a hot meal.
I have talked about these Think Thin bars before. They are so tasty, protein packed and have little sugar. I save them for in the am due to the fact they pack alot of carbs.
Ok, so I found this today and have to share it with you. I LOVE almond butter! I crave a big spoonful almost everyday pre workout. I discovered powdered peanut butter today. Something about the process of making it cuts out ALOT of the calories and fat which is why I always felt guilty about sneaking that spoonful of almond butter in. You mix it with water and honestly its not that bad. I prefer almond butter and so far I have only found peanut butter, but that make it with chocolate too!
And for my last go to item (for this edition anyway), I present you Fage greek yogurt! Protein packed deliciousness.
On another note...I have a secret confession. I used to dance competitively as a clogger. :) I say that because I am currently giddily watching the Rockettes Christmas production and remembering as a little girl how much I wanted to be one. What Christmas movies are you watching?
