Start RIGHT NOW making positive changes and choices towards improving yourself a little each day this week. Learn to take and like your coffee without that cream, eat something with substance this morning to keep you full and happy, avoid processed sugar today and most importantly, Be Better!! Monday: Upper Body circuit, Sprint intervals, Abs
Tuesday: Groups Training - lower body, Incline training
Wednesday: Groups Training - upper body, Sprint Intervals, Abs
Thursday: Lower Body circuit, Incline training
Friday: off
Saturday: Plyometric total body, running, abs
Sunday: Long run
